Established in 2013, The Lenserf Group (TLG), a certified woman and minority owned leadership development training, coaching, and management consulting firm focused on elevating client performance. We help leaders and teams to expand perspectives to make better decisions and achieve preferred outcomes more predictably and sustainably. Having served clients across the US and in 33 countries, clients are often challenged with: planning and implementing complex strategic initiatives, driving change, growing stronger leaders to support those endeavors, and building geographically diverse, fully engaged teams.

Most recently, The Lenserf Group implemented two capacity building, inclusive, and accessible emerging leader programs for a large US city. TLG also supported several federal government teams in discovering and leading from their strengths.

TLG is a 2022 Comcast Rise award recipient and a PMI Authorized Training Provider. TLG courses are eligible for continuing education (PDU) credit.

Farnia Fresnel

For more than 20 years, Farnia worked with global leaders on strategic issues related to transformation and change. A former leader at several Fortune 100 and boutique consulting firms, currently heads The Lenserf Group. 

She specializes in supporting leaders to align on purpose, build trust, create clarity, increase engagement, accountability, and resilience, and build plans that work.

A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and NYU’s Stern School of Business, Farnia has advanced certification and training from the United Nations Worldview Institute, CTI (Co-Active Institute), and Steven’s Institute of Technology. She is also Mastery Program Faculty for an Inc. 1000 ranked mental fitness and high performance company, where her coaching is now used to train the community of 6000+.

Farnia enjoys time with family, leading the ICF Philadelphia Center City Coaches, other community-based volunteer work, and recreational running.
