PMO In a Box

What is a PMO and why would you need one? In organizations with many moving parts and competing deadlines, introducing a PMO can enhance the quality of deliverable outcomes, timeliness of project delivery, communication about project progress, commitment to work, and reduce project costs. In this session, participants will use their existing portfolios of work to learn about a PMO, discuss and establish draft standards, agree on important milestones and create a sample portfolio roadmap.
